Can't Fall Asleep? Try This Simple Trick

Many people can't sleep at night for hours thinking about the eternity. I also suffered from insomnia, until i learned a special breathing technique that helps me to fall asleep within minutes.

This technique - is not anesthesia, it requires long and constant training to develop reflexes which calms the body. This technique will help to reduce your stress and the time to fall asleep.
To begin, place the tip of your tongue on the palate, to the ledge behind the front upper teeth. Then, with your mouth closed, breathe in through your nose for four times, hold your breath for seven seconds and then exhale loudly, making a swishing sound. Pay close attention to the tongue-it should always be in place. Without interruption repeat this exercise several times.
In this technique, the respiratory rate is not important, the main thing - is to maintain the aspect ratio of stages 4: 7 : 8.

Breathe for 4 seconds

Hold your breath for 7 seconds

Breatheout for 8 seconds

Dr. Andrew Weil, professor and best-selling author, says: to get the most benefit from this technique, it is necessary to perform this exercise at least twice a day for eight weeks. A month after the beginning of the training exercise should be performed in eight repetitions.

This technique is used to reduce stress, anxiety and even the desire to smoke and eat something harmful. Next time, when something upsets you and attempt to knock you down, stop for a moment, relax, do the exercise and then react to the situation. You will be surprised by its tranquility and clarity of thoughts. As already mentioned, this technique also helps to quickly fall asleep at night.

The reasons for this effect are simple. As we all know, during the excitement our breath quickens, but it works in the opposite direction - frequent and shallow breathing can lead to feelings of stress. Oxygen, of course, a necessary component for healthy body and mind.

Like everything in this world, this technique takes time and practice to achieve the best results, but if you're willing to dedicate just a minute in day to perform this exercise, you will be amazed how easy it is to control your emotional state.
