After spotting a bear roaming a rural part of Pennsylvania for two months with a bucket stuck on its head -- neighbors decided to take action themselves.

A local Pennsylvania Game Commission officer said there wasn't anything conservation officers could do because the bear wasn't hurting anyone.

When residents heard that, they took action into their own hands, grabbing the bear and using a bowsaw to free the animal.
